Multi TV would like to inform its cherished accredited dealers and installers that, the satellite upgrade on the 31st of MAY, 2016 will happen as planned.
What does it mean?
1. Our systems will be upgraded from S to S2
2. Upgrade will be done Automatic OTA(Over The Air)
3. Some decoders may not be automatically upgrade
4. Such decoders can be upgraded manually
5. Change of Symbol rate to 30000
6. All ‘S’ boxes will not pick our signal again

All dealers and installers are asked to kindly assist viewers who call on them for help in order to get their boxes working as soon as possible.
Dealers can also take advantage of this by organizing Mobile Clinics and markets activation, where people can get their boxes scanned and others whose boxes cannot work anymore can purchase new ones.
