In fact, he proposed in the midst of sharks right deep in the ocean.
According to Dailymail, amazing footage filmed by a friend captured the romantic moment that sees the couple kneeling on the ocean floor as Flores holds a ring out to his partner.
Large sharks and endless smaller fish swim around them in the majestic and magical video. Completed in silence - although a soundtrack was later added - Jensen takes the ring from her boyfriend's proffered box and places it on her finger before admiring it.
They seem entirely unfazed by the sharks circling them - and the animals aren't afraid to get closer with some of the toothy fish brushing right past them.
The pair even kiss underwater, removing their mouthpieces to seal their promise to each other.
